Let’s go Canmore Mamas! We are so excited to introduce this amazing opportunity to move with the incredible Lydia Zamorano!

Lydia’s thoughtful, trauma-informed, and somatic approach to yoga makes this class especially supportive for postpartum bodies and hearts. Each session gently addresses common areas of tension for new mothers—shoulders, neck, hips, low back, deep core and pelvic floor—while honoring your body’s pace and needs. Classes close with a restorative rest, inviting deep relaxation and integration.

Every class begins with a welcoming check-in, offering mothers the opportunity to share and be witnessed. There is profound comfort in knowing you are not alone in both the joys and challenges of motherhood.
