What: The same Ballet Beats® exercises you love, but modified for the postpartum body, and done to quieter music in an environment that enables you to put your baby first.

You can expect both mat and barre or centre work. While standing, there is the option to wear your baby (carrier not provided), or continue to have them on a mat or blanket beside you.
We are here for you and want to support your journey and provide a place for you to land during this special time in life. A place for community and movement!
We are excited to announce that missed classes can be made up in any other class on the schedule! Just email dance@balletbeats.com to be put in a make-up class!
Make-up classes have a 3 month expiry!
