S T R E T C H Pop-up Classes With Yulia

At Ballet Beats, we believe that strength and flexibility go hand in hand, this is a class to help you master both. We'll begin with a high energy warm up, flow into some cardio and stabilize with some core, all set to energizing music. From there we'll work on developing active flexibility and release. Come prepared to sweat, smile, and leave refreshed and relaxed. You can expect about 20 minutes of Beats exercises into 40 minutes of stretching. All levels welcome.

Workshop: Yin Yoga with Annica

Join Annica for a two hour yin yoga workshop designed to cultivate deep relaxation and mindfulness.

This two-hour workshop will build personal and community connection as it will begin with a warm meet-and-greet and light discussion, perhaps sharing intentions for the practice and connecting with one another and ourselves. Following this, you will transition into the yin yoga practice, which focuses on long-held postures that target the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and inner calm. Each pose will be held for several minutes, encouraging a meditative state and allowing you to gently explore your limits.

After the practice, everyone will gather for a soothing opportunity to drink tea and talk, reflecting on your experience and nurturing your strong sense of community.

This class is a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate both body and mind for the days to come!

What to bring: Comfortable yoga/ dance attire with additional layers of clothing and even a light blanket or pillow for extra comfort during savasana. And don't forget your water bottle! Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are available. You can use our mats or bring your own if you prefer.

Join us for a special Land-Based Yoga Class

We are so excited to be hosting the 2nd Land-Based Yoga Teacher Training created by First Thunder Wellness at our studio on January 18. We have a reduced schedule to accommodate the training as well as a very special offering. Heidi will offer a Yoga class from 12:00-12:50 as part of the training, but it will be open to everyone. It is a beginner-friendly, trauma informed Vinyasa practice. This will be an accessible, land-based practice and opportunity to experience the magic of Heidi Davis. Come as you are and let this land hold you.

Sweaty January!

Sweaty January Challenge Pass January 12 to February 23 - Let’s dance our way into the new year! 

Investment $225 for 6 weeks (included for members) 

  • Goal to complete 3 classes or challenge specialty classes,  + 1 act of self care per week or set your own goals!  Let’s motivate each other to feel our very best as we enter 2025!. 

  • Deadline to register is January 10! Once you purchase the pass, you will automatically be put on the challenge email list. 

  • No pass extensions permitted.

  • Unlimited classes 

  • We’ll kick off on January 12 with a virtual vision board session with Lissa Miles to set the tone for the year. Begin 2025 with intention, taking steps that will help us feel the way we want to feel all year long!

  • Four Virtual Life Talks with Heidi Davis. Get to know yourself in a deeper way and explore life experiences from a new lens. 

  • Two virtual self-awakening yoga sessions with Kalyn Swihart. Self-Awakening Yoga is a beautiful practice aimed to create a somatic experience and deeper connection to self. 

  • Weekly inspirational emails and recipes for the week

  • We’ll close the challenge with a virtual session on February 23 for a chance to come together and reflect on the challenge
