RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy below will apply for all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions. Travel Insurance can protect participants against participation cancellation, Ballet Beats cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses for illness or injury. Please search for insurance with a "cancel for any reason" option to protect yourself.
Cancellation by Participant
All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the retreat before signing up.
If there is a wait-list or the participant can find a replacement for their spot, we will accommodate a transfer to the new participant, plus a $100 admin fee up to 30 days prior to the start of the retreat.
Cancellation by Ballet Beats
In the rare event of a cancellation by Ballet Beats due to low registration, the participant will be given a full refund. Ballet Beats cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.
In the rare event of a cancellation by Ballet Beats due to including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, inclement weather, acts of terrorism,or other circumstances out of our control, any refund provided will depend on Ballet Beats receiving a refund from the venue. Ballet Beats cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.
To cover these risks, it is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance.
