These classes will continue to be both in-studio and over LIVE STREAM!
We know anything can happen when babies are involved. Take the guess work and stress of naps or feedings out of your workout. If you can’t get to the studio, join on Zoom!
Class will also be recorded so you can do it at a more convenient time if life gets in the way.

Special Pelvic Floor Information Session!
We are so excited to welcome Claire Harris from Intrinsi Physiotherapy and wellness Clinic back to the studio for a short information session. She is a pelvic floor physio therapist who is excited to share a review of what is considered "normal" vs what's not postpartum. She will also go over pelvic health symptoms, expectations for returning to impact activities such as running (which can take longer than many people expect), and some strategies postpartum parents can implement day to day to support pelvic/abdominal health.

What: The same Ballet Beats® exercises you love, but modified for the postpartum body, and done to quieter music in an environment that enables you to put your baby first.
When: Mondays from 10:45AM-11:45AM
You can expect both mat and barre or centre work. While standing, there is the option to wear your baby (carrier not provided), or continue to have them on a mat or blanket beside you.
We are committed to keeping you and your baby safe! We have sanitizer stations and increased cleaning at the studio.
