Class Descriptions

Barre Fusion (Full Body, Upper Body or Lower body)

These classes are all unique to the teacher leading the class. Each teacher will bring their own experience and expertise to create a barre class that will make you sweat and smile. You can expect exercises at the barre and in the centre, mats, weights and bands! Get ready for a full body, music-driven workout! Note: Barre Fusion by Ballet Beats® is made up of exercises from the Ballet Beats® program.

Cardio Barre

You can expect a similar feel to Barre Fusion but will more emphasis on cardio! The fun, energetic, dance-based class will keep you coming back for more. Get ready for an amazing playlist that makes time disappear!

Barre By Ballet Beats®

Technique + Endurance + Posture + Grace

Barre by Ballet Beats® is a full body workout and a beautiful marriage of Ballet and fitness. We use the barre to support us through basic ballet exercises done to energizing music with lots of familiar cardio and core movements sprinkled throughout. No dance experience required. Think Rebel Ballet!

 

Beats by Ballet Beats®

Cardio + Mobility + Balance

Beats by Ballet Beats® is a burst of continuous mood-boosting movement. Our accessible exercises combine Ballet with balance, core, and cardio movements. We will move from standing to mats and everywhere in between!

 

Lift by Ballet Beats®

Strength + Low Impact

Lift by Ballet Beats® is a little less dance, the same intense burn! This full body strength and core class utilizes 1-3 lbs hand weights and optional ankle weights, providing another facet of training to the Ballet Beats® program. We use our Ballet posture and technique to execute defining exercises set to powerful music.

(Off) the Barre

Inspired by barre, this class incorporates movements done away from the support of the ballet barre, focusing on strengthening core, glutes, arms and legs using body weight, light weights, and props for a full-body workout that will leave you sweaty and wanting more. 

Yoga - Flow + Restore (Yoga Lounge x Ballet Beats)

Join us for this yoga class, which offers both Vinyasa and Restorative elements. In the first half of the class, we’ll flow through a series of energizing vinyasa sequences that synchronize breath with movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. In the second half of the class, we’ll slow things down and settle into longer held, restorative yin postures that release tension and promote relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Slow Flow + Pilates (Yoga Lounge x ballet beats)

Join us for this combo class! Yoga + Pilates combined to give you both strength and release!

Yoga - Flow (Yoga Lounge x Ballet Beats)

Join us for an energizing vinyasa class that synchronizes breath with movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga - deep mobility (Yoga Lounge x Ballet Beats)

An opportunity to work on mobility and deep stretching. All levels welcome.
