The Works (In studion & virtual)
This class goes a little like this... warm-up, cardio, arms, cardio, mats, cardio, core, cardio, stretch. It's a whole lot of action jammed into one tiny hour of your day. You will have nothing left to get done.
Please Note: We are not providing equipment at this time, so remember to bring your hand weights and optional ankle weights with you!
Classical Ballet (in studio & virtual)
Get back to the inspiration behind The Ballet Beats Program. This traditional ballet class is the perfect introduction to ballet. The focus is on technique and simplicity. We start with exercises at the barre and then move into centre work and across-the-floor. Pirouettes optional! All levels welcome. Please wear Ballet slippers or non-grip socks.
Baby beats (In studio & virtual)
This is a registered class that is offered in eight week sessions with a make-up class on the seventh week. We utilize the same Ballet Barre Works exercises you know and love, just slightly modified to fit postpartum recommendations and use quieter music! There is both mat and barre work, and while at the barre there is the option to wear your baby (carrier not provided), or continue to have them on a mat or blanket beside you.
We create a supportive environment with the freedom to put your baby or toddler first.
Classes will be 60 minutes with an opportunity to visit at the studio afterward! We want you to come as you are, and know that you are the definition of strength.

Yoga (In-Studio & Virtual)
Kalyn recently completed her 500 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training!
This Vinyasa Flow class is open to all levels. This class will focus on breath work, basic Yoga postures and flows to great music. Kalyn will work to offer modifications and the use of Yoga blocks to deepen your practice. Classes will be set series similar to our Ballet Beats program. You will have 4 weeks with the same class to really deepen your practice!
Grab your mat, optional blocks or books to assist your practice, water and a small space to move together.
