🌱 Week 1 (May 7) – Waxing Moon | Follicular | Inner Spring
A time of renewal, growth, and rising energy. This strength-based flow will awaken the body, build stability, and invite a sense of freshness and possibility. Optional hand weights available for added challenge.
🌸 Week 2 (May 14) – Full Moon | Ovulation | Inner Summer (Full Flower Moon in Scorpio: May 12)
At the peak of vitality and outward expression, this vinyasa flow embraces fluidity, playfulness, and openness, followed by a guided meditation for intention-setting and connection.
🍂 Week 3 (May 21) – Waning Moon | Luteal | Inner Autumn
A phase of turning inward and deep self-awareness. This yin practice will support emotional release, encourage reflection, and help prepare the body for rest and restoration.
